An accomplished HR and Talent Acquisition leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving organizational growth. As the founder of Chasing Talent, I partner with businesses to deliver tailored HR consulting and talent management services that align with their unique needs.

After 10 years of extensive experience in both startups and large corporations, I have a proven track record of enhancing talent strategies. I specialize in scaling organizations through the implementation of fair, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices that enable companies to grow sustainably. I’ve successfully exited companies through IPO and Acquisitions.

Prior to launching Chasing Talent, I played a pivotal role in growing companies at Abnormal Security, Alloy, dv01, Peloton, Mailchimp, Calendly, Rigor, etc. At Abnormal Security, I lead the Talent function in North America and UK/EMA, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent for Product Management, Product Design, Program Management, Data Analytics, Product Engineering, and Machine Learning Engineers (real-time). During my time at Alloy, I served as an the head of recruiting building the program from scratch; search consultant, performance management, business operations, trainer, engagement leader, and executive coach.
